1991 Deluxe Club Maxx Set with "The Winston" Acrylics and Update set



This rare set was available only to Club Maxx members and includes the 20 card "The Winston" Acrylics, that was only available with the Deluxe Club set through mail order that year.  Maxx cited that they were the first acrylics collector cards produced anywhere in the world. This is a different set of Winston Acrylics then Maxx came out with later that year entitled '1991 Winston 20th Anniversary Acrylic Maxx Race Cards'. That 21 card set also was available through Maxx mail order division but a completely different set then is included here in the deluxe 1991 set.

This collection contains a special tribute to Rob Moroso, his 1990 rookie of the year card. His career tragically ended in October of 1990.

Also included is a 1991 Update set still sealed in the factory plastic that is over the box.

This set is new, in mint condition and still packed in the cardboard box that it arrived here in.  The acrylics were opened so they could be photographed but are also in mint condition.
